We are following sustainable growth techniques consistent with organic best practices when growing garlic. Something new this year is applying a foliar spray of fish meal and seaweed, using the backpack in the picture to apply these nutrients directly on the plants. This tool expedites the process greatly. After two days the garlic leaves are a beautiful bluish-green!
